Who we are and what we do

We are a software company located near Frankfurt. Let's put it this way - our headquarters is in Eschborn but we have a view of the Frankfurt skyline. Since 2016, our group of companies also includes di support pl Sp. Z oo. - located in the charming city of Poznan, Poland. While our Sales, Finance, Back Office, Project Management as well as graphics and service hotline are located in Germany, our software development team is located in Poland.

Germany and Poland agree: We value a direct, open and friendly exchange. Straight to the point instead of beating around the bush. We favor beer and cider instead of Prosecco.

We are diverse group of nerds and marketing experts, multilinguals, and market specialists. We believe that if you want to change the world you need ideas and pep as well as confetti and magic moments. We refresh and plan, we improvise and design, we fail and fascinate. Sometimes exactly in that order.

In 2018 we finally came of age - 18 years in which we've enabled top retailers, e-commerce companies and brands around the world to offer an unlimited variety of personalized photo and print products under their names.

Our mission? To make photos and videos a new experience in an impressive way. We love our job. The journey is the goal and we always have our laptops and smartphones in our backpacks.

Notes on dealing with the corona virus

di support has taken all necessary, preventive and officially mandated measures for the protection and precaution of its employees and applicants.
We are currently working in two groups, which are divided into Team A and Team B so that the workflows in daily business can be guaranteed.
Each team member can decide for themselves whether to drive to the office or work from home on the assigned days. We have also adapted the application process to the current conditions and offer interviews by video and telephone. You will receive further information on this from our HR team during the application process.

What we support

di support now also supports the football team of the Karbener Athletics Club 1890 e.V. Around 15 enthusiastic children successfully play in the small-field and indoor championships and have already won several trophies.
